For the reservation a minimum of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required. The other 50% minimum 1 month before the arrival date.
Starting fee + electricity
In addition, a fixed price of 15,000 Bath will be charged for the keys. (Check in / Check out)

Cancellation policy
Cancellation
Free cancellation for 48 hours. Beyond that, minimum cancellation 1 month in advance.
Security deposit
A deposit of 50,000 bath is charged in addition to the booking, to cover any material damage in the event of an accident. The amount will be fully refunded after departure if the conditions are met..
